Bay Area Book Artists

Bay Area Book Artists is a group of independent artists bound together by a passion for the book arts. Since 1995, BABA has presented exhibitions at public sites, galleries and museums. In 2002 BABA members organized the first Book Arts Jam at Foothill College. This event has entertained and educated the public each year since. BABA welcomes new members.

The Book Arts Jam

The Book Arts Jam is an annual day-long celebration of the book arts, print arts and paper arts. It is co-sponsored by BABA and Foothill College. The event is held at Foothill College's campus in Los Altos Hills, California in mid October. Organized by member volunteer the event includes: a vendor's fair, exhibitions, artist's talks, panels, hand-on activities, demonstrations, silent action and more.
